LEAD-DEVOPS

As Lead DevOps, I intervene transversally across the entire software factory and IT projects.

Tâches et missions:

• Develop and implement build and deployment pipelines

• Support development teams in setting up the CI/CD chain (Jenkins, cloudbees, Kubernate, Docker, GitOPS, SecOPS, etc.).

• Provide technical expertise to development teams.

• Implement security policies to reduce vulnerabilities (xray, covervity, seeker).

• Study and carry out POCs to validate and prepare CETs (Technical Commitment Committee).

• Carry out technical and software migrations and ensure application deployments.

• Participate in the existing architecture and validate technical choices.

Within the digital branch of the post office, I initially participated in the development of new features and the TMA of the post office's e-commerce sites. Subsequently, I successfully led 3 major projects (migration of a transverse project), the development of two post office application redesign projects where I estimated and built two agile teams that were very high-performing. Finally, I worked transversally with several different teams (business, PMs, testing, TMA, architects) and was in charge of deliveries and the production deployment of several application versions. Tasks and missions:

-Implementation of Agile boards (Scrum/Kanban) and participation in technical meetings

-Technical migration of several transverse projects across all post office applications (Mobile, Desktop, and Partner).

-Technically assist PMs and ensure the production deployment of releases (quarterly)

-Development of unit tests (TDD)/ Non-regression tests

-Code refactoring and code review/ Git best practices

-Design and modeling of technical solutions

-Collaborate with the business for the estimation of technical projects. Technical environment: SAP Hybris, Java/J2ee, Spring boot, Agile, Scrum, Safe, VueJs, Reacts Js, Typescript, Angular, node, Mysql, Oracle, Firebase, Javascript, Jquery, jenkins, Aws, Cloud, Varnish

Project: DIAANGO platform, a cloud solution for accelerating the creation of mobile sites and applications.

-Analysis of existing needs

-Definition of cloud and microservices architecture

-Design and development of functional modules (e-commerce). o Backend: services & REST API layers, workflow & BPM engine o Frontend: pages and components (jsp, vue, angular and react) o Unit & functional tests: TDD, cucumber, selenium

-Microservices development o currency conversion and calculation service (multi-currency).

o SSO authentication service

-Implementation of CI/CD with Jenkins, Docker

-Creation of technical and user documentation

-Management of an offshore development team. o Agile methodology (Use of JIRA Kanban)

o Facilitation of agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily meeting, sprint review, grooming)

o Code review and peer programming

o Training of new employees
