Passionate about innovation and intelligent mobility solutions, I am a mobility and transport consultant with over 7 years of experience. My background is marked by strong project management expertise, particularly in smart mobility, ticketing systems, and smart cities. Having worked on high-stakes projects, often internationally, I have developed exceptional analytical and synthesis skills, enabling me to provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Since 2021, I have led several key missions, including the implementation of ticketing systems for the Abidjan metro, regional ticketing interoperability for the Grand Est Region, and support for the deployment of validation equipment for SNCF Transilien. I also played a crucial role in the replacement of the Strasbourg Tramway's Automated Fare Collection system and the commissioning of Dakar's BRT. These experiences have allowed me to master supplier selection processes, the management and monitoring of construction contracts, as well as the management of testing and acceptance phases.

I am particularly skilled in project management using agile methodologies, both generally and specifically. My transversal expertise allows me to effectively manage complex projects by mobilizing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring optimal coordination between different stakeholders.
