25 years modeling complex offers in market configurators, always on the client side, never with a publisher: 17 years on Cameleon at Lorillard (industrial joinery, 9,500+ documented hours), then 10 years as Product Manager and CTO of Solu+ at Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France (7 brands, 2,000+ points of sale, annual budget ~€1M, Saint-Gobain Digital & IT Awards 2023). The engine I operated is now called Conga Smart CPQ.

Three intervention formats:

- Scoping of business modeling upstream of a configurator, quote, or AI project: describe the rules before choosing or deploying the tool. 10 to 30 days, independent of the tool.

- Audit and securing of an existing configurator or quote chain (Quote-to-Cash). Deep expertise in Conga Smart CPQ (formerly PROS Smart CPQ) and Cameleon; transferable methodology to Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Tacton.

- Senior Product Manager, program management, or fractional CTO: 3 to 12 months, 2 to 3 days per week.

Sectors: configurable industries (joinery, building trades, equipment, custom furniture, plastics processing), B2B wholesale (materials, technical products, tools), services with complex offers (insurance, mutual insurance, B2B telecom, energy), IT consulting firms and integrators.

Based in Lyon, regular mobility to Paris.
