My focus: explicit business modeling. I help B2B industries, services, and trading companies model what has never been clearly defined: rules, practices, trade-offs. The foundation upon which technological tools deliver their full power.

- Scoping business modeling upstream of CPQ and AI agent projects. Rules, entities, relationships, offer ontology. Format: 10 to 30 days, tool-independent.

- CPQ Expertise: audit, security, Quote-to-Cash modernization. In-depth knowledge of PROS Smart CPQ and Cameleon Classic. Transferable methodology to Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Tacton, Conga CPQ. Note: Conga acquired PROS' B2B business in 2026 and is today the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2026 Leader for B2B Pricing & Rebate Optimization.

- Business Functional Architect, Senior Product Manager, or Program Director. Product and technical leadership, multi-stakeholder governance, vendor relations, transformation management. Format: 3 to 12 months, 2 to 3 days per week. Fractional CTO possible for long-term engagements.
