Investor Relations: reporting, follow-up of commitments, regular communication on project progress.

Versatility: daily support to management on all stages, from initial setup to delivery.

This experience allowed me to develop a 360° approach to real estate project management: from administration to site operations, including stakeholder coordination and strategic support to management.

Specialization in the restoration of old buildings (lime plaster, wood pathologies, masonry drying).

Full role combining technical expertise, team management, and business development.
