I had the opportunity to collaborate with Bati’Art Construction, a company specializing in construction in Bordeaux, as a reference interior architect for their projects. This experience allowed me to bring my expertise in space design and layout, highlighting solutions that were both aesthetic and functional.

In this capacity, I carried out several missions, notably the design of a show villa in Bassens, a key project aimed at showcasing the company's know-how. My role covered several essential aspects of the project, including:

- Design of interior and exterior plans to create harmony between living spaces and their environment.

- Creation of realistic 3D views, allowing clients to better visualize the final outcome of the project.

- Management of tender documents (DCE - Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises) to ensure clear information transfer to the various stakeholders.

- Custom design of interior layouts, taking into account specific client expectations.

- Management of equipment orders, selecting materials and furniture suitable for the project requirements.

- Site supervision until delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and quality of work.

This collaboration with Bati’Art Construction was an enriching experience, allowing me to implement my creativity and attention to detail while working in coordination with technical teams and artisans. Each project was an opportunity to design spaces that combined design, comfort, and functionality.

I had the opportunity to work on a fixed-term contract at the renowned SIMETRIC agency in Royan, Charente-Maritime. This experience was particularly enriching, allowing me to deepen my skills in architectural project drafting and design while working in a demanding professional environment.

As a design drafter, I contributed to the realization of multiple villas classified by the Architects of the Buildings of France (ABF), requiring an architectural approach that respects heritage and specific regulations. My missions covered a wide range of projects, including new constructions, extensions, and rehabilitations.

Missions performed:

- Site surveys and inventory to establish a precise working base.

- Design of sketches and development of proposals tailored to client expectations.

- Client meetings to define their needs and refine projects.

- Preparation of building permit applications and prior declarations, respecting urban planning and regulatory constraints.

- Development of tender documents (DCE - Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises) to ensure clear information transfer to stakeholders.

- Project cost estimation, in collaboration with various trades.

- Site supervision until delivery, ensuring compliance with plans, deadlines, and quality of work.

This experience at SIMETRIC allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process, from design to delivery. Working on ABF-classified building projects strengthened my rigor and attention to detail, while teaching me the importance of close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the sector.

Since June 2024, I have chosen to work as a freelancer to offer my subcontracting services to architecture firms such as SIMETRIC in Royan or Atelier Mykka in Biarritz. This activity allows me to provide my expertise in architectural drafting and design while adapting to the specific needs of each firm.

My approach:

Highly attentive and rigorous, I am committed to delivering work that reflects the expectations and identity of each firm. My goal is to support architects and construction companies by providing them with effective technical and administrative support, enabling them to successfully complete their projects under the best conditions.

This freelance experience allows me to work on various projects (new construction, extension, rehabilitation) while developing a flexible and responsive approach to meet the requirements of the firms and companies with which I collaborate.
