For more than 20 years, I have performed support tasks at Aguas Bonaerenses SA and Rf Servicios related to: Windows (all), Unix (Solaris), networks (TCP IP, DHCP, DNS), printers, Mac support, special configurations according to server configuration, mobile telephony and account configurations (Android and iOS), Office from 97 to 365 (certified), IP and analog telephony, Windows Server 2008, 2012, HTML5 and CSS3 with Bootstrap, and many more tasks due to years of experience.

For a year and a half, I also performed server operator tasks (Batch processes), billing processes, generation of debt statements, collection notices, etc.

Currently, I work in a company in the technical support area with Citrix, AD, Office 365, Cisco Jabber and Webex (administration), AS400 and 3090 applications, Ricoh, Zebra, Epson, HP printers. Given my vast experience, this is a brief summary.
