Coordination of planning and logistics processes for feed factories and related warehouses (rented and owned), managing the planning and logistics team. Ensuring logistics optimizations within budget for processes. Conducting monthly, semi-annual, and annual stock counts, tracking critical performance metrics for planning and logistics processes. Conducting feasibility studies for investments and sharing ROI data with senior management. Performing Industrial Data Analyses as part of Business Development processes. Serving as Project Manager for the conceptual design, development, testing, and go-live stages of Productivity/Efficiency/Digital Transformation projects, including integrations with third-party software within SAP logistics modules, together with the IT department. Experience as Project Manager for two full-cycle SAP ECC implementations. Coordinating the planning and logistics team to align with business objectives, ensuring their development and increasing their motivation through effective feedback. Managing changes in product trees of feed factories via SAP PPCM modules as a key user. Monthly reporting of the corporate Balanced Scorecard dashboard using Power BI.

Managing the chassis production line based on orders from MAN and Mercedes Benz A.Ş. Creating production schedules for the line, preparing shift plans, and handling the procurement of sheet metal plates. Conducting lean production and kaizen activities. Ensuring the production of chassis parts in accordance with technical drawings.
