Based on specifications (municipality, program destination, minimum floor area), the tool flags candidate bare land parcels by cross-referencing cadastre, PLU zoning, AI-interpreted urban planning regulations, and environmental constraints, then estimates an indicative buildable area per parcel.

Achievements: PostgreSQL / PostGIS geospatial foundation (nearly 5,000 municipalities, over 6 million parcels ingested), PLU regulation interpretation by LLM (indexing and targeted extraction to control costs), interactive Streamlit mapping interface, BAN geocoding, application deployed in production on Railway.
