• • I manage termination procedures from start to finish, coordinating the assignment and follow-up of cases among area advisors.

• • I administer the disciplinary universe from 7 fronts (OSL/GDH, Sanctions Portal, Labor Relations, Frauds, among others): I analyze each case, evaluate the corresponding sanction, validate suspensions, and issue recommendations to management.

• • I develop and maintain the corporate disciplinary database, recording dismissals for negligence or misconduct and sanctions from all fronts; I attend consultations from areas such as Licenses for decisions on employee awards and benefits.

• • I provide direct labor advice to supervisors, management, and regional managers, evaluating the viability of initiating disciplinary or dismissal procedures and defining the course of action.

• • I review defenses and respond to challenges to sanctions, determining whether to uphold or maintain the disciplinary measure.

• • I handle labor consultations with potential referral to SUNAFIL, managing the response strategy and mitigation of regulatory risks.

• • I standardize internal processes (sanction flows for lateness, among others), optimizing the area's disciplinary management.

• • I represented the area in the 2024 Labor Best Practices Competition, preparing and submitting the case documentation.

• • I provided technical assistance at the national level to implement conciliation bodies at different government levels.

• • I articulated intersectoral actions to implement plans and programs against gender-based violence and discrimination.

• • I strengthened strategic alliances with actors from the public, private, civil society, and academic sectors.

• • I supported the review of the "Empresa Segura" (Secure Company) competition conducted by the management directorate.

• • I organized, implemented, and monitored training workshops, working with diverse communities to generate social impact.

• • I coordinated the implementation of E4J projects for the deployment of workshops nationwide.

• • I conducted field visits to educational institutions to evaluate program impact.
