1/ MY APPROACH

As a coach, my approach is human and empathetic: I am unconditional support for the coachee and help them find their inner strengths to achieve their professional goals and regain control.

I coach entrepreneurs like myself, managers, or team members, where we jointly identify coherent objectives to set (between the client, the coach, and the coachee). The path to achieving the objective is then between the coach and the coachee; it generally takes between 8 and 12 weeks to achieve significant results.

2/ METHOD AND TECHNIQUE

I rely on:

Open questioning, to enable powerful realizations,

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) tools,

Personalized exercises between sessions,

Supervision through the collective of coaches that I chair, to unblock certain situations if needed and ensure rigorous ethics.

3/ THE COACH COLLECTIVE:

I also head the Ré-équilibre coach collective, composed of about ten certified coaches, each with a different approach and specialties, capable of meeting all needs.

4/THE COMPANY

I am also the founder of the company Ré-équilibre; I work on psychosocial risks, prevention, and disability awareness.

5/ THE PROCESS:

It all starts with a free 15 to 30-minute discovery call: to get acquainted, ask your initial questions, and most importantly, see if the chemistry is right (spoiler: it usually is 😄).

We then choose the appropriate pace together. And off we go!
