Audit and Architecture (1-5 days): Audit of existing systems, target architecture, migration plan, actionable recommendations in writing.

Transitional or fractional CTO (1-5 days/week): Technical leadership, team structuring, roadmap, vendor management, and hands-on coding daily.

AI Adoption for Your Teams (1-3 days): Training in assisted development, establishing quality guidelines and safeguards, identifying value-creating use cases and those that don't.

BACKGROUND

Four technical leadership roles: a B2B SaaS platform (unifying several applications into one, framework migration led in production), a marketplace (team of 10: dev, ops, QA, product), a DTC e-commerce site (OVH to AWS migration, CI/CD industrialization, vanilla PHP to Symfony transformation), and an analytics application for investment funds (data and NLP team).
