Within a short but highly strategic project, I supported Boulanger in modernizing its in-store tools. I designed and developed front-end components inAngular 19**, integrated into a **Java 21BFF architecture.

Implementation: Creation of a dynamic configuration interface allowing in-store teams to personalize the application individually.

Technical Expertise: Implementation of the latest features of Java 21 and Angular 19 to ensure optimal performance and maintainable code.

Result: Delivery of a fluid and robust tool, aligned with the specific business needs of retail.

Project to connect Decathlon with its international suppliers. My main mission was to lead the complete technological overhaul of a critical application, migrating from Java 8 / Angular 11 to the latest versions (**Java 21** / **Angular 17**).

Technical Expertise: Evolution of amicroservicesarchitecture, real-time data stream management with **Kafka**, and containerized deployment on **Kubernetes**.

DevOps & CI/CD: Implementation of complexGitHub Actionspipelines and setting up precise monitoring via **Datadog**.

Run & Support: In addition to development (Build), I provided active operational support. This included resolving critical production incidents and direct exchanges (video calls, troubleshooting) in English with users to ensure service continuity.

I joined a large team (20 people, including 12 developers) to collaborate on a crucial aircraft configuration application (optimizing weight, cost, consumption...). My role focused on creating the user interface inReact(versions 16/17).

This period was characterized by a major professional challenge: following the COVID-19 crisis, we were forced to reorient the application (originally designed for passenger transport) to quickly adapt it for cargo transport. This situation offered me the opportunity to:

Work in aLarge-Scale Agileenvironment: Active participation in 3-week sprints, in direct collaboration with Product Owners (POs), testers, and designers.

Creation of modular interfaces: Rapid adjustment of UI elements to meet the demands of key Airbus users.

Industrial Rigor: Acquisition of coding standards and strict validation procedures specific to the aeronautics industry.
