Proofreading and drafting of all HR/Legal/Administrative documents.

But also with your HR business challenges such as: implementing processes (onboarding, offboarding, annual evaluations…), developing your salary grids and compensation policies, career plans, HR communications and communication materials, general audit of practices and compliance, management of employee representative bodies (IRP).

Furthermore, I am also available for assistance and secretarial work, as well as for carrying out all administrative tasks for a company.
