Lead of the E2E P2P process deployment in Japan, Bulgaria; support on deployments in India and Slovakia.

As part of a paternity leave replacement, I led the deployment of the core model for an SAP solution on Private Cloud.

Application landscape: SAP S/4, SAGE, Iris AS400. Key achievements:

• Adjusted project governance, led project committees, deployed a new project plan, RACI for each activity, and updated the project dashboard in JIRA.

• Coordinated data migration, supervised interface deployment, validation of unit tests, and delivery of technical specifications.

• Led cutover and data governance workshops, and launched UATs.

As part of the Hachette Distribution program for SAP S/4 and WMS Manhattan deployment. My mission focused particularly on the delivery of the end-to-end core model for P2P and O2C flows.

Application landscape: SAP S/4, D364, Mercure, JIRA, and many other legacy applications. Key achievements:

• Supervised the smooth running of the sprint schedule (scoping, participants, dependencies, deadlines).

• Coordinated in-depth reviews of deliverables, facilitating multiple corrections and improving overall quality.

• Gathered, challenged, and optimized business needs, improving the operational efficiency of the core model.

• Coordinated the monitoring of JIRA tickets - business, integrator, IT department - leading to a significant decrease in open issues and an increase in ticket accuracy.
