What I enjoy about this profession?

Taking a complex subject, truly understanding users' needs, and finding with the teams the best way to address them.

I am involved in the entire product lifecycle: from initial scoping to user training, including roadmap structuring, backlog management, coordination between tech, design, and business teams, and production monitoring. I am comfortable in discovery phases (interviews, tests, analysis) as well as in operational Agile management.

Having worked in a Master 2 strategy and marketing program, I developed a real ability to simplify and structure information, which I use in my missions to facilitate decision-making. My experience as a self-employed entrepreneur has also strengthened my autonomy and my ability to make end-to-end decisions.
