I advised and negotiated production quotes with the executive team working with us in Greece. All communication was in English. I created call sheets and planned travel, and chose filming locations based on suggestions from the team in Greece.

On site, I assisted the director. I managed the actors when preparing subsequent scenes, briefing them on what they needed to do/feel, where they would be positioned, and the route to follow for any movements. I also kept an eye on our timing; we were filming with children/teenagers, so there were strict daily working time limits to adhere to. My role was to optimize all small downtimes and keep everyone focused on their directives.

For the first time, I was fully a producer without any artistic oversight. I had to contact town halls and restaurants, create filming permit applications for each location, manage the budget (crowdfunding), direct casting, and optimize every minute of those 4 days. I scouted locations remotely on Google Maps and managed everything primarily from a distance.

During filming, I was the script supervisor, indicating to the director what wasn't working or any oversights, and most importantly, I managed the actors: their specific needs, scene briefings, and being attentive to them if they felt uncomfortable during a scene or on set (intimacy scenes).

I was also the timekeeper: following the call sheets and adapting them based on our progress (or delays...); telling everyone what we were doing next so they could be ready in advance.
