My name is Alison, I had the chance to grow up in our little corner of paradise, the Basque Country!

Attracted by management and accounting, I naturally oriented myself towards a Baccalaureate in Business Accounting and Finance, which I successfully obtained.

To perfect my knowledge of the business world, I completed a BTS (Advanced Technician Certificate) in Assistant Management through work-study.

Subsequently, my life path led me to discover the hotel and restaurant industry. My rigor, my dynamism, and my diligence led me to positions of responsibility such as head waiter or bar manager. The restaurant industry is a profession where customer satisfaction is paramount.

For several years, I have supported the management and supervision of routine and emergency corrective maintenance interventions for major clients.

In constant contact with service providers from all over France, I drafted quotes, entered invoices and their payments, while ensuring the smooth running of the work.
