Hello, I'm **Aline**! ☀️

I am acreativeandpassionateperson. I dedicate a large part of my personal projects to two areas in particular this year: jewelry creation and real estate renovation. I started my career in tech **5 years ago as a QA**, and I began specializing in **agile coaching in early 2023**.

What is agile coaching? This role involves helping teams adopt agile working methods. Making them more autonomous, responsive, and customer-centric, while facilitating continuous improvement. Intervention is done through training, coaching, and mentoring to optimize processes, encourage collaboration, and ensure better quality of delivered products. This role guides organizations in their agile transformation to make them more efficient and adaptable to market changes.

What is my vision?

Every team is different**, with its own tools, habits, methodologies, and personalities. My goal is to reconcile all this information to adapt the coaching to the team's specific context. Thanks to my experience, I have understood that **no framework perfectly fits all teams**, hence the importance of knowing how to adjust them. My background as a QA also plays a key role in my approach, as it allows me to **guarantee the qualityof the delivered products. I constantly work to merge these two experiences to get the best out of them and make them a real asset for the team in which I evolve. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I set myself the goal of **making myself dispensable**. I consider agile coaching a limited-term mission, aimed at implementing a suitable framework, tools, and processes so that the **team becomes fully autonomous**.
