Direct contribution to the structuring, development, and deployment of training activities in a context of business unit relaunch.

1- Structuring and Quality:

-Leading the renewal of Qualiopi certification and structuring associated quality processes (evaluations, reviews, traceability, continuous improvement).

-Implementing pedagogical performance indicators and monitoring results: 96.18% customer satisfaction, 94.56% achievement of pedagogical objectives, and 98.98% recommendation.

2- Pedagogical Engineering & Offer Development (22 catalog programs + custom):

-Designing and structuring a results-oriented offer, aligned with clients' commercial and operational challenges.

-Creating custom programs addressing the field issues of sales teams.

-Complete production of pedagogical tools: courses, pedagogical sequencing, workshops, trainer materials, learner materials, and evaluation tools.

3- Digital Learning & Deployment

-Designing and deploying multimodal courses (in-person, e-learning, blended learning).

-Publishing and structuring courses on 360Learning, integrating pedagogical activities, evaluations, and learner engagement tools.

4- Operational Management

-Contributing to the deployment of 204 training days in 2025, approximately 15 training days per month.

-Coordinating and managing a network of 28 trainers: recruitment, onboarding, briefing, support, and monitoring of pedagogical quality.

-Participating in the design and deployment of onboarding for new freelance coaches, group employees, as well as training for sales and management teams.

5- Development and Structuring of the Speaker Network

-Implementing an onboarding process for external speakers, with 10 integrations completed and 20 profiles identified.

-Designing the e-learning onboarding course.

Complete design of e-learning and blended learning programs for large groups (IDEMIA, Worldline, Cerfrance, ANACT, SGS…).

Production of multilingual and accessible modules.

Management of complex multimedia projects.
