My role: to free you from HR burdens so you can focus on your development, while ensuring reliable, agile, and adapted human resource management.

As HR Director for the Must Group and a member of the Executive Committee, I managed the Human Resources department and a team of 5 employees. I was responsible for the HR management of 7 companies, covering all strategic and operational missions: managing social dialogue (CSE, CSSCT), implementing and deploying HR policy, disciplinary management, developing salary policy, and managerial support. I also supervised the collection and reliability of HR data for the Group. This experience allowed me to strengthen HR structuring, professionalize practices, and bring a strategic vision aligned with the company's overall objectives.

As Human Resources Manager, I worked across multiple sites, with the mission to translate and implement the company's HR strategy. I led the management community through support, advice, and training for managers. I chaired employee representative bodies and managed headcount in direct alignment with business objectives. I also led significant recruitment campaigns and managed all disciplinary procedures, including dismissals. This experience allowed me to combine strategic direction with operational HR management in a demanding context.
