As Production Manager for GIE Alliance (BTP & construction), I supervised the implementation of a mechanical sorting and screening system for sulfate-contaminated backfill, optimizing concrete usage and reducing CO2 emissions. I coordinated production teams, ensured compliance with environmental and safety standards, and implemented innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
