During my last experience, I had the opportunity to implement the Management Control function within an industrial site (reporting, budget, management accounting, transfer price calculation, CAPEX monitoring...). Here are my skills in Controlling: - Reporting, Forecast, 3/5-year Plan, - Implementation of management and analytical monitoring dashboards for the site (variance analysis, corrective actions). - Standard cost calculation/monitoring, - Monitoring of activity, costs, and profitability by product, of transfer prices, - Ensuring financial monitoring of new product development projects, - Ensuring financial monitoring of project production phases (monitoring of 160 million euros for the period 2011-2025), - Evaluation of industrial acquisition/divestment/integration projects, - Carrying out investment studies, - Financial analyses, including modeling and valuations, - Steering of industrial financial KPIs, to better manage costs at the site's workshops, - Developing budgets and analyzing variances, - Ensuring financial monitoring of inventories (calculation of depreciation provision, participation in scrap committees, monthly reporting), - Being the guarantor of internal control on the site (SOA), - Providing operational staff with management assistance, with a particular focus on the industrial tool, - Participating in or leading continuous improvement or cross-functional projects within the company (new ERP...), - Good methodological knowledge of Controlling (industrial, headquarters) and information systems (SAP, Cognos, Hyperion, Office Suite), - Analytical, listening, and anticipation skills, - Proactive in process improvement, - Curiosity and adaptability.
