Complete management of a works contract (€7M+) within the CEA, including quality, cost, deadline, and performance monitoring. Coordination of coactivity and operational planning, with participation in work programming. Monitoring, verification, and validation of all technical documents (quotes, operating procedures, plans, DT/DICT).

Also ensures interface between different stakeholders (clients, facilities, service providers, subcontractors) for smooth coordination. Provides technical support on various projects and supervises site teams, while ensuring compliance with VRD standards and safety requirements.

Worked on a temporary basis through Adsearch within a specialized SME, primarily on projects for the Lyon Metropolis, as well as assignments for Keolis, particularly related to tram infrastructure maintenance.

My responsibilities included coordinating different stakeholders, managing budgets and deadlines, and ensuring the quality of work performed. I also oversaw the technical monitoring of operations and ensured effective communication between site teams, service providers, and clients.

Managed multiple public and private contracts simultaneously involving major players such as Marseille Metropolis, Eiffage GC, Arkema, Kem One, Airbus, and Paysage Méditerranée. Led and developed numerous projects throughout the Bouches-du-Rhône region.

Supervised maintenance works for the northern sector of Marseille (13th, 14th, 15th, 16th arrondissements, as well as Plan-de-Cuques and Septèmes-les-Vallons), with an annual budget of approximately €4 million. Also handled the preparation and drafting of tender documents, carried out financial estimates, and conducted negotiations with clients to secure contracts.

Significant achievements include coordinating preparatory works for the Castellane tramway (€300k), contributing to the rehabilitation of the Corniche JFK for the 2024 Olympics (€600k), leading the creation of a heavy goods vehicle parking lot for the Metropolis (€900k), and directing road restructuring works at the Airbus Marignane site (€500k).
