Context: Supporting an accounting firm in creating an automated steering tool for a growing franchise network. The challenge was to transform heterogeneous raw data into a strategic dashboard for decision-making and the preparation of an accounting expertise dissertation.

What I accomplished on this project:

1. Data Architecture & Engineering (Power Query)

Multi-Entity Consolidation: Implemented an automated flow to consolidate data from 4 centers (P1 to P4).

Mixed Source Merging: Reconciled financial data (Accounting Journals 512) and operational data from the Planity cash register software (Tickets and Payments).

Star Schema Modeling: Created a robust data model linking fact tables to a single time table and dimension tables (Cost center references, cabin capacity).

2. Sales Performance Analysis (DAX)

Business KPIs: Developed DAX measures to track overall revenue, per franchise, per employee, and per cabin.

Offer Analysis: Identified the Top 5 services and analyzed the profitability of cosmetic products.

Customer Tracking: Calculated the average transaction value and managed gift card balances (Sales vs. Usage).

3. Financial & Treasury Steering

Dynamic Treasury Monitoring: Created a cumulative measure for treasury balance (Previous Year Balance + Current Year Flows).

Analytical Allocation: Automatic mapping of bank statement descriptions to cost centers (Rent, Advertising, etc.) for a clear view of expenses.

Temporal Analyses: Implemented MTD and YTD comparative views.

4. Design & Ergonomics

Dashboarding: Designed an intuitive and clean interface respecting the codes of the luxury/beauty sector.

Result: A turnkey tool offering immediate visibility into the financial health and commercial performance of the network.

Managed a 3-month strategic mission in Cambridge for a client (Canada), aiming to demonstrate the value of the Picomto solution for a future partnership. Developed and delivered a functional "Digital Companion" demonstrator, defending the value proposition to the client's strategic top management. Formalized digitalization standards (DWI) and trained 3 key teams (Customer Care, Sales), ensuring client adoption and autonomy. Created a comprehensive "Sales Kit" (videos, quoting tool, commercial deck) subsequently used to accelerate the sales cycle for new accounts.

Key Achievements:

1) Industrial & Maintenance Optimization: Integrated solutions to streamline workflows in aerospace, transportation, and defense sectors (e.g., automated reporting, optimized information flows).

2) Dematerialization & Data Harmonization: Led complex dematerialization projects, including multi-system integration and data harmonization for defense.

3) Performance Monitoring: Designed Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI tracking in air transport.

4) Augmented Reality (AR) Deployment: Implemented and provided training on AR technologies to optimize naval maintenance operations.

5) Cross-Sector Technical Consulting: Advised diverse organizations (pharmaceutical, mechanical, logistics, etc.) on digital tool deployment and process automation.

6) Internal Innovations: Developed client monitoring dashboards and automated CSM workflows.
