Mission: responsible for the development of new modules necessary to maintain the relationship between BNP Paribas - AM and the client. Activities: 1. Reception of business needs for each module. 2. Confirmation of needs with the client. 3. Analyze impacts and choose the best solution adapted to the project architecture. 4. Perform the necessary developments (Apex, Trigger, Batches, Visualforce, Lightning Component, Validation rules, Duplicate rules, Flows) for each new module. 5. Apply SFDX. 6. Migration of Workflow rules and Processes to Flows. 7. Solve problems related to SOQL limits. 8. Data analysis and recovery. 9. Writing documents: technical. Methodology: Agile (SCRUM) Team: 12 people.

Activities: 1. Reception of business needs for each phase of the project. 2. Confirmation of needs with the client. 3. Analyze and choose the best solution adapted to the project architecture. 4. Creation and estimation of tasks. 5. Coordinate with each team member and assist them in delivering the product on time and with the best quality. 6. Integration of the project with 4 external systems using web service calls (REST). 7. Perform the necessary developments (Apex, Trigger, Batches, Visualforce, Validation rules, Workflow rules) to stop the community license on the project. 8. Development of necessary Lightning components for the migration from Classic to Lightning. 9. Optimize SOQL queries retrieving a huge amount of data to solve technical problems. 10. Data analysis and recovery. 11. Deployment and delivery to production. 12. Writing documents: technical and functional.

Activities: 1. Reception and analysis of requests. 2. Confirmation of needs with the client. 3. Estimation of tasks. 4. Perform the necessary configurations (workflow, validation rules, Process Builder, Email To Case, Case auto response rules, Lead conversion settings...) to develop each evolution. 5. Specific development on Salesforce (Apex, Triggers, Batches, Visualforce, Lightning Component). 6. Development of Rest WebServices. 7. Writing complex SOQL queries. 8. Integration of Zuora Salesforce. 9. Deployment and 10. Writing documentation.
