Up to 80 percent of digital transformations fail on the human side. The strategy is usually in place. What's missing lies deeper.

Above the waterline are technology, processes, and KPIs. Below are mental models, assumptions, and the question of whether the team can speak openly. Google found psychological safety to be the most important factor for high-performing teams in Project Aristotle. This is precisely the level that remains unaddressed in transformation programs.

I provide the space and the method in which a team makes this level visible together. We model how the system actually works, find the points where change has an impact, and derive measures at the root causes.

The way of working changes the collaboration itself. Those who work on the system together stop assigning blame. Everyone builds the same understanding, everyone is on the same level. That's why it's particularly effective in stalled projects with many stakeholders and vested interests.
