With a Master's degree, I have built my career around human support, inclusion, and professional development. My experience as a disability referent has allowed me to develop strong listening skills, needs analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders. Sensitive to insertion and support issues, I place great importance on benevolence, adaptability, and the quality of follow-up for individuals.

During my time at Cap Emploi, I strengthened my relational, organizational, and administrative skills within a demanding and human-centered professional environment. This experience allowed me to support diverse groups, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with multiple partners and teams.

Today, I wish to evolve in the field of human resources, particularly in payroll management and personnel administration. Rigorous, organized, and committed, I know how to work in a team while remaining autonomous in managing my tasks. I have also developed skills in communication, handling sensitive situations, and individualized support.
