As Head of the Communications Department, I coordinated all actions aimed at enhancing our association's image and strengthening student engagement. My main responsibilities included:

• Development and implementation of internal and external communication strategy.

• Management of social media and creation of engaging content (posts, visuals, videos).

• Coordination of the communication team and leading meetings to ensure message consistency.

• Collaboration with other departments to support the association's projects and events.

• Monitoring performance indicators to optimize the reach and impact of communication actions.

Within the admissions team, I contributed to the recruitment process for future students of the school by ensuring personalized and effective follow-up. My main responsibilities included:

• Welcoming and guiding candidates during open days and recruitment events.

• Communicating with candidates to answer their questions and assist them with their applications.

• Collaborating with the admissions team to improve procedures and optimize the candidate experience.

This internship allowed me to develop my skills in customer relations, communication, organization, and administrative process management in an academic environment.

As a representative of the youth of Wallis and Futuna, I actively participated in an international network bringing together young representatives from overseas territories and members of the OCT Youth Network. My responsibilities included:

• Monthly participation in video conferences with representatives from OCTs and members of the OCT Youth Network to discuss youth issues and share best practices.

• Collaboration on initiatives aimed at promoting youth engagement and sustainable development in overseas territories.

• Participation in a one-week study visit to Brussels to learn about the functioning of European institutions and strengthen international cooperation.

• Contribution to the visibility of the network and projects carried out by young people from OCTs.
