As a consultant, I coordinate property sales, create statistics on key figures of our developed areas, ensure compliance with the business plan, and am responsible for some special projects.

Self-managed renovation of bathrooms, pipes, floors, and walls, partly by myself and partly in cooperation with tradespeople.

The focus of this position was on company organization. I wrote codes of conduct, but also created and tracked invoices, and communicated with internal and external parties.
