o Analysis of technical impacts related to application version upgrades or the implementation of new software packages and architecture components.

o Collaboration with Sales team – analyze market conditions and competitor to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.

o Accountable for exceeding quality of service and operations performance (Team utilization, FBOI, growth, Customer Satisfaction and Forecast accuracy).

o Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders.

o Lead a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team - Collaborated with internal teams and suppliers to evaluate costs and set structures to achieve profit targets.

o Responsible for the commercialization process, part of Agile methodology, of all new Petrel major and minor releases, prioritizing enhancement and issue correction based on client urgency and development roadmap.

o Commercialize business opportunities developed by the Sales & Marketing organization through a well-executed and timely project management and product launch process with the objective to meet top-line sales and profit targets and provide best-in-class deliveries to our customers.

o Create and execute project work plans and timelines and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, while managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.

o Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams within the organization, with the customer, and with the supplier(s) to align on expectations and drive product launch activities.

o Work directly with Sales & Marketing on customer RFPs and work with cross-functional teams to build pricing models.

o Responsible for the commercialization team (6 people).
