At FEPEM, a national federation for employers, I held a dual role as Digital Project Manager and Head of Process Excellence: two complementary hats that I wore concurrently for nearly 3 years.

On the operational excellence front, I analyzed and restructured the workflows of the digital/IT department: identifying dysfunctions, implementing internal procedures, creating tracking and priority management tools, leading continuous improvement workshops, and exploring the automation of repetitive processes.

On the project management front, I managed web projects for redesigns, WordPress site creations, and Symfony developments, as well as applications (Flutter with impact analysis for PWA transition), from the scoping phase to production.

I also developed content strategies for social media and various websites, leveraging strong SEO expertise.

Managed internal clients (kick-offs, change management), coordinated creative and technical teams, wrote functional specifications and backlogs, conducted quality testing, and provided ongoing maintenance.

At Ylly, a generalist web agency, I managed up to twenty projects simultaneously: website redesigns, Symfony platform creations, and custom application developments.

A fast-paced environment that forged in me a strong culture of organization, prioritization, and crisis management.

On the project management side, I handled the full cycle: kick-offs, requirements gathering, specifications documents, sitemaps and wireframes, resource planning, coordination of creative and technical teams, development and production monitoring, and quality testing.

I also participated in pre-sales phases alongside the sales team.

On the SEO and acquisition side, I conducted on-site and off-site audits, keyword research, technical and semantic optimization, and provided SEO training internally and to clients.

This role also allowed me to structure sustainable processes: SEO checklists, deployment processes, testing documentation, user stories – all deliverables that improved the quality and fluidity of long-term deliveries.

At Hercule, a digital agency specializing in the legal sector, I managed about ten web projects simultaneously, from initial scoping to final testing. A demanding environment where precision, rigor, and the ability to juggle priorities were non-negotiable.

On the project management side, I handled the entire cycle: client kick-offs, requirements gathering, writing specifications documents, creating sitemaps and wireframes, resource planning, coordinating creative and technical teams, managing timelines, and quality testing. I also worked directly on WordPress developments (Divi and Boo themes, HTML/CSS/JS) and Drupal projects.

On the digital acquisition side, I managed all levers: on-site and off-site SEO audits, keyword research, technical and semantic optimization (URLs, tags, Hn structure, content), SEA campaign management with a budget of €2,500, email campaigns on Sendinblue and Mailchimp to approximately 10,000 contacts, social media strategy and reporting, KPI analysis, and recommendations.

In parallel to my agency work, I taught web marketing at the École de Formation du Barreau de Paris, including lectures, student support, and participation in presentation juries.
