After more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources, I came to a simple conclusion: in many VSEs/SMEs & startups, the HR function is essential... but often underestimated or poorly structured.

Not due to a lack of will, but a lack of time, internal resources, or perspective.

I launched Little Cloud RH to support companies that do not (yet) have internal HR, but genuinely need a reliable & structured framework.

My role is to be that outsourced, autonomous, and operational HR Manager/Director, capable of structuring the entire HR function from A to Z, without unnecessarily complicating it.

I position myself between HR expertise and strategic consulting, with close proximity to leaders.

I work on a shared-time basis or on targeted one-off missions, depending on the company's actual needs.
