- Mastering photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) for optimal and personalized quality images

- Customer relationship management: service personalization, creating a comfortable atmosphere, and post-service follow-up

- Planning and organizing photo shoots: location preparation, model direction

- Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Writing recommendations and purchasing guidelines to optimize sales and have a coherent budget (purchase volume, number of options, warehouse weight, range width per module, sales forecast, etc.).

- Managing an intern (weekly meetings, supervision, objective setting).

- Monitoring purchases and performance (sell-in, sell-out, stock turn rate, etc.).

- Participating in negotiation meetings with sales representatives and our partners.

- Optimizing NOS (never out of stock) with our partners (assortment, stock levels/shortages, shipments).

- Wholesale: participation in the showroom, collection presentation, order entry in Joor, follow-up of international partner replenishments, participation and follow-up of shootings

- Purchasing: Participation in RTW + Accessories buying sessions, monitoring of the Asia BU purchases, weekly sales performance analysis (Best Seller, slow seller), Ad-hoc analyses (window display performance), updating purchasing tools for sessions (buying plan, editing)

- CSR: Monitoring Claudie Cares products (evolution of the number of references, etc.), creating content for head office, retail teams, and partners.
