Client relationship management: gathering client needs, advising clients on the communication strategy to adopt, ensuring regular follow-up with clients, managing expectations, and explaining strategic and creative choices.

Development of an advertising strategy: development of strategic recommendations, market research, benchmarks, definition of campaign objectives. As for the "No one can resist the comfort" campaign for the New Citroën C3 Aircross (€2M budget)

Social Media & Influence: prospecting, contacting, negotiating, and contracting.

Coordination of 3 internal teams (creative, digital, print) and one external team (media): writing the creative brief, collaborating with different teams, respecting deadlines, budget, and specifications.

Production monitoring: supervision of creation and production, coordination with external service providers (printers, directors, photographers...).

Budget monitoring: direct negotiation of budgets, scopes, and deadlines for projects between €10,000 and €2M.

Results analysis: measuring campaign impact (KPI, ROI...), proposing areas for improvement for future campaigns.

Secondary missions: competitive and sector watch, training interns, collaboration with the legal department.
