I was responsible for daily operational management: supervising and training teams, organizing service, managing inventory, coordinating with different departments, and optimizing bar operations during peak periods.

This experience allowed me to develop solid expertise in frontline management, leadership, communication, and stress management, in an environment where reactivity, excellence, and attention to detail were essential.
