Managed the Public Relations department, including services for OMvino and its clients (Bionic Wines, Barnard Griffin, Barrel Room SF, Bella Winery, The Balvenie, DECANTsf, SEPPI, West Sonoma Coast Vintners, Vera Vegan Food, etc.). Defined and executed PR strategies: pitch writing, editorial, media database, account management (published in Forbes, Vinepair, Food&Wine, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Wine Searcher, SF Chron, WA post, Robb Report, SOMM Journal, etc.). Organized consumer and trade events and pop-ups. Managed OMvino's digital communication channels (website, email, CRM, and social media).

Organized over 60 trade and consumer events across the United States. Business development: tenders, networking events, commercial pitches, Salesforce, CSR. Created and executed event projects respecting the specificities of majority funding from the European Union (clients: Interloire, CNIEL, CIVB, CIVP, Interfel, Chablis, InterBeaujolais, Jalisco region, Trusted Veal from Europe, etc.). Budgeted campaigns based on scenarios meeting client needs and Sopexa's margin objectives. Managed logistics for walk-around tastings, trade shows, intra-industry networking, food & wine festivals (50% travel). Managed relationships with service providers and created synergies between events.

Participated in the redesign of Sopexa's corporate website (creative content and design) using WordPress Back Office. Managed Sopexa's digital communication channels (CRM, social media, and SEO), including content writing. Responsible for launching a new monthly webinar initiative to collect and share project management and business development resources internally among Sopexa's international offices.
