- 3D and modular mechanical design: organization of machines into coherent modules, complete 3D assembly up to fastening parts, design of welded frames and assemblies of machined parts.

- Design of specialized systems: cooling systems with piping, gas panels for gas distribution, compliance with specific constraints (vacuum, high currents, ion implantation).

- Development and optimization: adaptation or design of new modules for evolving product lines, dimensioning of critical structures, design of assembly and handling tools, continuous improvement based on workshop feedback.
