Alhassane Sall

I support young people in DITEP (Therapeutic, Educational and Pedagogical Day Hospitals), in developing their social, emotional, and relational skills.

My role consists of:

- strengthening self-esteem,

- stabilizing behaviors,

- establishing a safe and structured environment,

- promoting autonomy in daily life,

- supporting school and integration projects.

This daily work gives me a fine understanding of profiles, emotional dynamics, and complex trajectories, skills that I now use, outside of Aidaphi, in my professional activities of identity coaching.

16VISION is an organization dedicated to the identity and mental coaching of talents from working-class neighborhoods. I offer in-depth work on posture, inner clarity, and professional projection.

My interventions:

- identity coaching and self-confidence,

- posture structuring for young professionals, athletes, and artists,

mental training (University of Burgundy, Dijon),

- creation of a unique method,

- individual coaching (4 sessions: identity diagnosis, writing, posture, 90-day plan),

- image strategy and professional narrative for individuals from working-class backgrounds.

16VISION is independent of my work as a specialized educator. It is a fully-fledged professional venture, built on my expertise, my experience, and my vision: to reveal invisible trajectories and strengthen ambitious identities.

Univers Seize carries out cultural, educational, and social projects focused on identities, transmission, and trajectories from working-class neighborhoods.

The association develops:

- educational activities and expression workshops,

- cultural projects around memory, narrative, and trajectories,

- events promoting confidence, pride, and ambition,

- collaborations with schools, associations, and local authorities.

Univers Seize is an independent associative branch, complementary to 16VISION: it offers a collective and cultural space for what I develop individually in coaching.
