Responsibilities:

- Kept production systems stable across million-plus lead flow.

- Supported migration of payments, funnels, acquisition flows, and operational tools.

- Reviewed and supported Go/OpenAPI services, Temporal workflows, PDF jobs, DataDog tracing, and deployment runbooks.

- Maintained Kubernetes/GKE and ArgoCD delivery across roughly 25 services.

- Owned architecture and delivery across checkout, onboarding, subscription billing, payments, funnels, retention, reporting, support tools, and internal operations.

- Designed payment-provider routing, fallback, switching, idempotency, and risk visibility.

- Built raw-event analytics, attribution, BigQuery/dbt-style models, and funnel dashboards.

Impact:

- Scaled product systems from zero to roughly 50k active users by 2022/23.

- Supported 2-3M leads over several years.

- Helped keep product, revenue, data, and operations connected under frequent business pivots.
