I am a telecommunications engineer and founder of Itacaia, an AI consultancy specializing in helping SMEs integrate artificial intelligence into their real operations, without hype or empty promises. I work with businesses that want to automate processes, reduce operational load, and save time, but don't know where to start or which tools to actually use.

My approach combines a solid technical foundation (telecommunications engineering) with experience building AI solutions in production: automations with n8n, AI voice agents, CRM integrations, and systems that connect data and processes that today are handled manually or in a scattered way.
