- Ensure the product scalability from €300k to €1.8M within 18 months

- Build a product usable by a 50-person company as a 10k-person company

- Implement in-app and mail notification tools alongside AI tools.

- Redesign critical pages of the product to ensure its usability.

- Create multiple features (Quarter Plan, Portfolio, Capacity management, Prioritization, Roadmap, Notification center)
