I am a British freelance writer based between Yorkshire and Shetland, UK. I'm hard working and dedicated to success. A transport professional for my entire working life, I am thoroughly committed to the travel and tourism industry. I have a passionate interest in travel and work hard to promote it and its benefits.
My first book, A Long Weekend in Ulaanbaatar, was published in 2023, followed by Running The Milk in 2024. I'm currently working on two upcoming titles. At the same time, I am working hard to develop my skills and presence in other areas of travel journalism.
I have recently worked with a large US based tech company on a project to consolidate hotel information for one of their clients, as well as working on a freelance basis for a number of travel blogs, magazines and guides.
I am keen and willing to take on any travel project as well as any broader writing, copywriting or proof reading task.
