I am a Senior Software Engineer with a simple goal: to make complex engineering accessible, both in the codebase and for the team.

I appreciate well-oiled mechanics and clear architectures, building predictable systems with clear and intuitive rules for both tech and business (and I admit, code that's easy to grasp also prevents me from being too frequently asked to explain it).

On a daily basis, my role revolves around three axes:

- Product and Impact: I challenge the status quo. I push to question the 'why' behind things, even if it means 'pushing back' on certain topics to make massive progress on those with the most value.

- Bridging Tech/Business & Team: I elevate the team through demanding code reviews (when I can get out of my development bubble) and translate our complex technical challenges to the business teams without losing them along the way.

- Pragmatic Engineering: I'm not afraid to automate alienating tasks to improve our DevEx and CI, nor to get my hands dirty with infrastructure to empower the team with more autonomy.
