Reporting to the agency's general manager, my job is to supervise a team of 8 developers (front-end and back-end) on projects under my responsibility. I am also the technical referent for these internal technical teams and for external development partners (freelancers, technical subcontractors, etc.). As the guarantor of the methodology and the respect of the production quality defined within the agency, my role is also to ensure the use of all the tools, libraries, and best practices defined for the technical teams during the production phase:

- compliance with production deadlines

- implementation of code reviews

- use of tracking tools

- writing and implementing work processes

Beyond classic production work, as technical manager, I contribute to all the components that make up the digital ecosystems offered by the agency and can present a clear vision internally or to clients. I also ensure the technical monitoring of all agency projects. This includes knowledge of the progress of the agency's technical productions and reporting to the general manager. I also intervene upstream of projects during responses to calls for tender:

- brainstorming on different topics

- technical scoping of topics

- pre-sales costing of projects

- defenses and presentations

- workshops and project scoping

Other missions:

- monitoring and feedback on current and emerging technical solutions.

- identification of tools to be implemented to ensure a clear, efficient, and robust methodology.

- implementation of tools necessary to facilitate the collaboration of developers with other agency departments.

- identification and recruitment of technical profiles for the development team.
