For over 4 years at LaFourchette, I guided a technical team around a critical issue for this company: restaurant acquisition.

More than a technical issue, it involved evangelizing within the company to raise awareness among my stakeholders about the need to rethink our approach to capturing restaurateurs' interest on our platform by proposing innovative methods: self-service registration, allowing restaurateurs to discover the tools we offer on their own. I initiated the idea (which has since been successfully implemented) as well as the technical design and the roadmap to successfully carry out this project.

On the product side, during these years, the goal was to help redefine the product and business flows that would enable sales teams to adapt to this new way of accompanying restaurateurs in their discovery of LaFourchette.

On the technical side, I supervised and supported the technical choices made by my team ('Restaurant Onboarding') to ensure they met high-quality standards and that actions aligned with our product objectives.

During these years, I was the primary interface between the product/business side at Lafourchette and the technical department regarding these issues. This was a critical role as I was responsible for ensuring the technical continuity of the entire technical lifecycle of the restaurant, which is the cornerstone of our functional domain.

Technically, we also aimed to refactor our monoliths (based on PHP 5.5/6 & Symfony 2) into a distributed architecture, using microservices, primarily in Node.js (Hapi) over JSON-RPC + GraphQL APIs for the frontends. The frontends, in turn, were designed using React primarily.

During this period, I was responsible for maintaining the Beemoov games intranet, which was essential for them to offer a coherent and harmonized banking system across all applications and games.

I successfully led the team in a comprehensive refactoring of the banking system, which was outdated and no longer scalable.

In particular, I consolidated the foundations by progressively migrating the entire intranet from a custom-built framework to a Symfony base (version 2 at the time), implementing this framework component by component.

I was also a driving force behind the product aspect of the intranet, which also served as an ERP, overseeing the UI/UX redesign.
