• Management & Administration : Daily administration of your Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

• Identity Management : Management and security of user access with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

• Fleet Management : Configuration and security of your equipment (PCs and mobiles) via Intune (MDM).

• Training & Support : Help with adopting the tools for you and your employees.

🔹 System / Software Support & Troubleshooting :

• Diagnosis and resolution of software malfunctions (Windows, iOS, Android).

• Initial configuration and optimization of your PCs, smartphones, and tablets.

• Configuration and troubleshooting of your peripherals (printers, scanners, Wi-Fi networks).

(Note: I do not intervene in hardware repair)

I intervene remotely or on-site according to your needs, mainly during adapted hours (end of day or weekend).
