Preparation for the transition to a modern architecture (REST API, open relational database)

Defining the migration path towards a modern architecture oriented towards REST API and open relational database. Designing transition interfaces, implementing coexistence between the old and new systems to ensure a gradual and seamless transition.

Management of IT projects and development of satellite modules for internal ERP

End-to-end management of IT projects: scoping, planning, development monitoring, and delivery. Design and development of satellite modules to enhance the functionalities of the internal ERP, in response to specific business team needs.

Training of teams & employees in subsidiaries and metropolitan France

Design and delivery of training sessions for users in subsidiaries and metropolitan France. Development of training materials, adaptation of content to learner profiles and levels, onboarding support, and post-training follow-up.

Needs analysis with the client, design, development, and deployment

Gathering and analyzing requirements directly from the client, writing functional and technical specifications. Designing the application architecture, developing the client application, and deploying it on 10 user workstations, with post-installation monitoring and validation in real-world conditions.
