Main tasks:

• Team and major site management: Supervising craftsmen on site and managing the personnel of subcontractors on large-scale real estate projects (multi-story residential buildings).
• Operational monitoring and meetings: Active participation in weekly site meetings with site management, project managers, and other trades to ensure coordination and adherence to deadlines.
• Organization and logistics: Reading execution plans, site layout, managing large-scale supplies (material flow), and checking technical compliance (insulation standards, fire regulations).
• Safety: Responsible for the strict application of collective and individual safety rules (PPE, PPSPS) in the work area.

Key skills developed (Essential for my Recruitment activity):

• Assessment of managerial skills: Having managed teams and coordinated inter-company interactions on large sites myself, I know exactly how to identify leadership, stress resistance, and a sense of responsibility in a candidate.
• Global vision of a construction project: My participation in site meetings allows me to perfectly understand the expectations of a Construction Manager or a Construction Agency Director when I recruit for them.
• Field language: I speak on equal terms with management profiles (Team leaders, Foremen), which allows me to validate their real technical expertise during interviews.
