For this project, the team is entirely international, with a client based in the United States and developers spread across India, Pakistan, Western Europe, and North Africa. Most importantly, the team consists of inexperienced developers with a low technical culture.
As a lead developer, my role is to guide the team in the right direction. Given the significant functional complexity and strict quality constraints, it's essential to instill ambition in the team members.
Furthermore, I personally developed a considerable number of technical components, particularly in the area of ACLs, which involve complex rules and a significant performance challenge, as well as the central AMQP broker in the architecture.
