Data scientist, and (bio)statistician, I am currently freelance and have recently worked on projects involving generative neural networks (GANs) with PyTorch, and machine learning methods such as XGBoost. I also offer training on R, Python, SQL, and statistical methods, for example "Time Series Analysis with R" and "Programming with R" (Directorate General of the Treasury, Ministry of Economy and Finance) or "Python for System Administration" (Prévifrance).

I have also published articles in international scientific journals (e.g., Journal of Statistical Software) and developed two libraries for the R statistical environment (TraMineR and PST). I can be involved in the development and teaching of statistical methods (particularly longitudinal data analysis, generalized linear mixed models, Markov models, machine learning/data mining), in R and Python development, and in writing scientific reports and publications (also in English).

Good knowledge of the Linux environment (Fedora/Debian) and open-source software. Experience in cognitive science (Intervention Neuropsychology Laboratory, Ecole Normale Supérieure / Inserm).
